Aroma of ripe light-coloured fruit, stewed peaches, Mirabelle plum, mint, some candied orange, crushed rock, multi-layered. Juicy, ripe acidity on the palate, delicate sweetness, eucalyptus, aniseed, dried fig, some mango, dense and flowing, mineral character, long, certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingAroma of ripe citrus fruits, candied tangerine peel, a little aniseed and a hint of papaya, fine savouriness. Fine acidity on the palate, subtle sweetness, ripe apple and sweet peach, smooth structure, remains very fresh, good length.
