The sekt »Crémant Baden« zero dosage, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Zähringer has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Pale golden yellow in colour. Aromas of brioche, hazelnut and yellow fruit, apple and peach. Delicate mousse on the palate, fine acidity, flavours of lemon zest, orange zest and grapefruit dominate, toasted aromas are added, beautiful tension, long, fresh finish.
