Tasting Notes
On the nose the minerality is in the foreground: flint and some lees, followed by discreet cassis and lemon. In the mouth it's silkily textured thanks to ripe and delicate but long-lasting acidity. There's an almost inconspicuously-stated richness thanks to mineral and grippy texture - truly subtle in design.
