The red wine »Im Oi« Lemberger trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Zipf has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
Amarena cherry in the clear fruity nose, dark cherries, also sloe and blackberry, some beet juice comes in, fine wood savouriness. Gripping and with good tension on the palate, juicy, crisp tannins, again clear, pure fruit (cherry and blackberry), chiseled acidity, fine minerality supports the elegant style. Good length, special character.
