Tasting Notes
Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir, Merlot and the rare Cabernet Cubin are savoury and spiced on the relatively closed nose - cherries and blueberries are complemented by roasted aromas, fine white pepper and allspice. Powerful and tightly woven on the palate with well-integrated acidity and tannins that are juicy and ripe. This is finely extracted, creating a creamy yet focused and elegant wine.
