The white wine »Edition SL« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Wachtenburg Winzer eG has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Ruländer from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Salmon orange in colour. An intense nose with aromas of quince, pear, something nutty and a hint of vanilla. On the palate the wine is very accessible, a fresh, lively acidity, rich in fruit, the wood is well integrated, a long, spicy finish.
