Tasting Notes
Cherry red. Fine smoky spice on the nose, some charcoal, kumquats, orange zest, cherry confit, cloves, very multi-faceted and full red wine character. Juicy on the palate, powerful red berry fruit, delicate hints of blueberries, the new wood is still quite present, well-integrated sweetness in the finish, elderberry preserves in the back.
