Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold colour. Initially still light yeasty notes, with air fresh Cox orange apple, fine nutty hints, ripe yellow pear fruit, herbal savouriness, delicate dried plum. Very elegant, fine biscuit notes, almost chocolatey texture, juicy and round, finesse-rich acidity, almost light-footed on the finish, very mineral and promising, great certain ageing potential.
