The sweet and dessert wine Chardonnay TBA No. 8 Nouvelle Vague, vintage 2008 from the winery Weinlaubenhof Kracher has been rated in 2011 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Strong yellow gold colour. Very fine woody aromas, soft notes of dried herbs, honey-sweet stone fruit notes, apricots, subtle roasted flavours with a touch of caramel. Powerful, full-bodied, again fine woody flavours, oranges, silky texture, creamy sweetness, balanced acidity, remains very persistent, elegant international style, fine nougat on the finish, remains persistent for a very long time, can be drunk now, also has great ageing potential.
