Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow, silver reflections. On the nose, a distinct botrytis savouriness, nuances of ripe yellow stone fruit, a hint of caramel and a background note of candied orange zest. Juicy and elegant, white peach, well-integrated sweetness, fine acidic structure and a subtle touch of honey on the finish.
