Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Prune, blackberry, semi-dark chocolate. The palate starts smooth, almost oily, then develops a mild, mealy tannin, a cherry-like palate fruit and finishes with a smooth, savoury finish. Acidity, tannin and body are in great harmony.
