Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma reveals flavours of green apple, yeast, salted liquorice and bitter herbs. You could almost imagine yourself on the southern Rhône. On the palate, the wine combines volume and concentration, a fine acidity pervades the structure, suppleness and tension go hand in hand. Excellent length!
