Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet in colour with purple reflections and a delicate brightening at the rim. Inviting black berry fruit on the nose, with ripe cherries, a hint of nougat and some liquorice making for an attractive bouquet. Juicy and elegant on the palate, again with black cherries to the fore supported by fine tannins. There's a sweet and persistent extract in the fresh structure, with a chocolate touch in the aftertaste. Mineral-salty with very good length, this is already gluggable.
