The white wine »Edelstahl« Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Winzerhof Stahl has been rated in 2016 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Lush aroma reminiscent of stewed pears and apples. Some spice is added, curry herb, yeast and goutweed. At the moment, it is a little out of place, because agile acidity, creamy texture and a tart finish do not yet want to go together.
