Tasting Notes
The impressive bouquet of herbs, smoke, roasted aromas, nice spiciness, ripe yellow plums and spices. The palate has a lot of tension, the ripe yellow fruit is accompanied by mineral notes; has depth, density and volume without being heavy, combines strength and elegance.
More about the tastingSubtle oak aroma, and some lime. Dense on the palate, suppleness and substance well combined, still very neutral in the flavours, seamlessly integrated acidity, intensely tactile minerality, currently very introverted, with very good potential.
