It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Pinot Meunier from the region Franconia in Germany.
A berryish Pinot on the nose, with a hint of yeast. In the mouth, the flint wine lives up to its name: with a chalky texture. The lively acidity and chalky minerality give the wine tension and drinking animation, it finishes fresh and compact.
