A Pinot Blanc that is rarely found, and not only in Franconia. On the nose, little in the way of fruit, but many herbal-spicy hints of aniseed, mustard flour and even a touch of liquorice. Extremely elegant, glides across the palate, full of fruit with peppery notes on the finish. A very intense style.
