Fine and dense on the nose, large glass and air, yellow fruit paired with meadow herbs, white almond, aniseed, chamomile blossom, fresh hay, wood savouriness. Substantial on the palate with lively acidity, grippy phenolics and piquant savouriness to the deep structure, elegant and dense, long on the palate.
