Pale golden yellow in colour. Complex aroma: roasted nuts, nougat de Montélimar, candied lemon peel. Silky and supple on the palate, very voluminous on the palate, but also well countered by extract, full, integrated alcohol, ripe acidity, a fat burner, but completely in balance.
