The maturation in barriques reveals fine oak savouriness, pear and apple with peel, meadow herbs, a little caraway and a slight lacticity that drifts away with air. Shows substance and power, and its unmistakable provenance with beautiful minerality. The oak is solid, juicy and accompanied by a sweet mellowness. Still young.
