The red wine »Black Bär« trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Bötzingen eG has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Mitos from the region Baden in Germany.
A powerful nose, black cherry confit, fig, nougat, cassis, dark chocolate. Highly concentrated on the palate, dense tannins, powerful but well-integrated alcohol, rich fruit on the finish. An Amarone from Baden.
