Tasting Notes
Some rose, wild berries, raisin and mulberry. Smooth initially on the palate, dry, grainy tannins in the right quantity, powerful alcohol, slight sweetness. The mild acidity concentrates somewhat on the palate and gives an idea of the concentrated extract of shrivelled berries. An unusual Spätburgunder whose fascination comes from its aromatics.
