The red wine »Edition BL« Spätburgunder, vintage 2021 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Oberbergen eG has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Very dark colour. Blueberry and elderberry on the nose, chocolatey wood, as well as undertones of forest honey and Grafschafter gold juice. On the palate the wine has volume and texture, the rich fruit dominates so strongly that even a hint of green tones in the tannin does not disturb the balance.
