The white wine »Edition TT« Oberbergen Baßgeige Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Oberbergen eG has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
A volcanic tuff note literally jumps out of the glass even before the ripe varietal aromas are perceived (Cassata, candied fruit, nougat de Montélimar). On the palate, the wine has texture and generosity on the one hand, but also a full-bodied concentration and a firm acid nerve on the other. It tastes good now, but also has a lot of future!
