Tasting Notes
Toasty wood, but not too much of it, in the mouth with mealy phenolics, broad body, well-integrated acidity, a voluminous but not broad Pinot Blanc, gastronomic thought, full-bodied and rich, with good freshness as a counterbalance.
More about the tastingSubtle use of new wood, white chocolate, ladyfingers, nutty notes. Opens with a lot of texture and downright viscosity, then juiciness, mildly integrated acidity, very good volume, combines fullness and character, drive and length. Just a hint of sweetness. Harmonious and full of certain ageing potential.
