A subtle salmon pink colour. Berry notes, dark fruit, blackcurrant, elderberry, black pepper and some liquorice. A Blanc de Noir that wonderfully combines density, juice, bright fruit and tannins on the palate, balanced with the juicy fruit sweetness. Unique and beautiful.
