Anyone who makes a dry Müller-Thurgau that is worth 92 points to us must be a good winemaker in other respects too. And indeed, the wines presented by the still young Michael Krauß are as refined as they are individual. For example, there is a Blanc de Noir from Pinot Meunier, a fortified Franconian port, and an assemblage of these two varieties called "Silvaner x Riesling". But Krauß also has a very traditional approach: with a Silvaner that places the Keuper characteristics of its place of provenance at the centre of its enjoyment. Congratulations on your promotion!
