The white wine »Kellermeister Edition« Weißburgunder, vintage 2021 from the winery Winzervereinigung Freyburg-Unstrut eG has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points.
Single-vineyard wine, but not labeled as a single-vineyard wine in favour of the Kellermeister edition. Light golden yellow with greenish reflections. Floral notes on the nose, clear wood, spicy, allspice. In the mouth there is a lot of texture, downright viscous, but also fresh, contrasted by phenolics, then ripe acidity. Very good length.
