The white wine »Werkstück Weimar« Weimar Poetenweg Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Winzervereinigung Freyburg-Unstrut eG has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points.
A Pinot Gris scent, as well as an aroma of galia melon. In the mouth, the wine starts soft, medium-bodied, initially seems a bit austere, but also mineral. It pleases even more when tasting again, appears substantial, compact and integrated - equally fine and tight.
