The red wine Valpolicella Superiore DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Zenato has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby colour. Intense and at the same time finely marked nose with a note of cherry compote, and a nice interplay between fruit and spices. Velvety and supple on the palate, developing nicely in the mouth, with lots of vivid ripe fruit, finely meshed tannins, and reverberating with a nice clove flavour.
