The red wine Valpolicella Superiore DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Zenato has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Corvinone Veronese from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, rich ruby red. On the nose delicate reduction underlaid by animalistic tone, shy fruit. On the palate juicy and finely savoury, opens on peppery tones, has taut length, slightly loosely knit on the finish.
