Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Smoky aroma, gooseberries, kiwi, blackcurrants, green bell peppers, fine spice. Not typical of the grape variety on the palate, yet with good structure, juicy and with power, compact core, lots of texture surrounded by refreshing acidity, fine spiciness, beautiful length, versatile food wine such as fried fish, classic asparagus.
