Notes of spontaneous fermentation, herbs, yeast, no standardised nose, apple, yellow fruit, also quince. Finely-meshed Pinot Blanc that does not aim for great complexity and length, but offers a lot in its format. Juicy (tart apple), savoury, mineral.
