Il vino spumante »PAN« Pinot brut, annata 2015 della cantina Thomas Pfaffmann è stato valutato nel 2024 da Ulrich Sautter con 92+ punti Falstaff. Si tratta di un vino della varietà Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder proveniente da la regione Palatinato in Germania.
Ripe yellow fruit, dried raspberry, hay flowers, candied nuts and walnut braid form an attractive aroma. On the palate, it shows an aristocratic heaviness and mellowness in combination with tension and energy. Fine, relaxed perlage, intertwined acidity. Good length and pleasant to drink with a meal.
