Ripe yellow fruit, dried raspberry, hay flowers, candied walnuts and walnut plait form an attractive aroma. On the palate, it displays an aristocratic weightiness and mellowness combined with tension and energy. Fine, relaxed mousse, interwoven acidity. Long and a welcome addition to the menu.
