Flint, toasted white bread and brioche, mineral spice, pear, sesame, fennel green on the nose. Grips the palate with a salty grip, followed by sweetish fruit and yeast notes, the pear becomes a pear tart. Fine mousse, as an aperitif, but also good with food.
