It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Densely yeasty, also herbal tones. Citrus. On the palate, the wine flows silky, delicately textured with a fine mousse and a cultivated acid structure. Pleasingly low dosage - a stylish aperitif, or also a sparkling wine to accompany (full-bodied) dishes. Very good length.
