“Alchemist”, Copenhagen’s avant-garde temple of gastronomy, is hosting CONVERGENCE—a five-night global celebration of culinary artistry from January 29 to February 2. More than 60 of the world’s top restaurants from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list will unite under one roof for an unprecedented collaboration exploring creativity, community, and the future of fine dining.
Copenhagen’s boundary-pushing restaurant Alchemist has announced CONVERGENCE, a five-night global culinary gathering taking place from January 29 to February 2. The event will unite more than 60 restaurants from the The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Top 100, celebrating collaboration and community across borders.
Each evening, 12 or more guest restaurants will present signature dishes within Alchemist’s immersive universe, alongside the house’s own creations. Participating names include Maido from Peru, Florilège from Japan, Atomix from the USA, Enigma from Spain, and Masque from India.
Tickets are priced at DKK 16,000 with standard beverage pairing, or DKK 24,000 with an exclusive pairing. Availability is extremely limited, with solo diners seated at shared tables.
