A reinvention of the classic Negroni cocktail with a distinctive blend of coffee notes.

Ingredients
1 Nespresso Intenso on Ice capsule
zest of half an orange
50 ml red vermouth
20 ml Campari
  • Using a citrus peeler, peel the zest from a washed, untreated orange and place half of it in a heat-resistant container.
  • Prepare Nespresso Intenso on Ice and pour the espresso shot directly onto the fresh orange zest and steep for about 30 seconds.
  • Fill the coffee glass with ice cubes and add red vermouth and Campari.
  • Pour the orange infused Nespresso Intenso on Ice into the glass and stir well with a long spoon.
  • Place the second half of the orange zest on top of the cocktail.
