The renovated old water mill from the 16th century, now an excellent restaurant called Mlyn 108, is the pride of Modra. Especially from the point of view of gastronomy, because it belongs to the best restaurants in Slovakia and its owners have maintained a high standard of service for several years. The owner Otto Chrapčiak is also the restaurant's chef and his partner Lujza takes care of the guests with a young and attentive staff. The basis of the cuisine are traditional dishes prepared with skillful cooking techniques, often surprisingly tuned in taste and always excellent. The wine list is also focused on local winemakers, since Modra itself is the center of the Malocarpathian wine-growing region. In our opinion - an excellent restaurant.
