Husacina u Zápražných is one of the icons of the goose tradition in Slovenský Grob.
The family restaurant is known for its authentic goose with homemade handmade lokši and strudel. Recipes have been passed down here since 1947, when the tradition of roasting geese began at Zápražných. Today, the classic Grob cuisine is complemented by a new dimension – a wine cellar with more than 350 types of Slovak and foreign wines, carefully selected for harmonious pairing with food. The experience is completed by a cigar lounge, an ideal place to calmly end the evening. Husacina u Zápražných thus combines regional tradition, quality wine and gourmet elegance.
