Tasting Notes
The »Episcopus« is a little out of the ordinary, as it is the only bishop's wine with a red label depicting a stylised crosier. Subtly light and fruity on the nose, lemon, unripe walnut. Highly piquant fruit sweetness-to-acidity interplay on the palate, lots of suppleness.
