Tasting Notes
Medium ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. Delicate floral nuances, hints of raspberry pulp, gentle nougat, wonderful cherry fruit. Juicy, also on the palate cherry, fruity and racy structure, oriental spice on the finish, mineral and long, some chocolate on the after taste, definite great ageing potential. A Black Forest Gâteau to drink.
