Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.03.2011

Medium yellow-green, delicate watery rim. Ripe pear and apple peel notes, rather discreet bouquet, a hint of lime blossom, floral elements. Taut and minerally, clear wood character, firm core, youthful structure, complex, good development potential, salty finish, an imperious type, fine floral-honey aromas in the aftertaste, very well balanced.
