The sekt Oudeis Brut Millesimato Alta Langa DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Enrico Serafino has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Piedmont in Italy.
This has a brilliant rich light gold colour. There are light yeasty notes on the nose, then after aeration aromas of blood orange and ripe peach, with a slightly salty undertone, it is a fragrant bouquet. It is tense on the palate, with a well-integrated mousse, a crisp acidity, and delicate fruit. It is still very young, and it will be even better when it has settled down.
