Tasting Notes
Bright and pale straw yellow colour with a shimmering core. It opens on the nose initially with delicate smoky notes, then some fine oak spiciness, a rich banana aroma, and with white peach, and candied lemon, although it needs aeration. It unfolds beautifully on the palate, with a creamy opening and texture throughout. It is full-bodied, balanced, lush on the mid palate, and is punchy on the finish with a slight pétillance.
