Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with a deep core and purple reflections. A touch of wateriness at the rim suggests some age. The nose is complex - cherry fruit and honey tones mingling with nougat, tobacco spice and herbs. The palate is juicy and elegant, with firm, well-integrated tannins. Savoury and persistent to the last, with a chocolate note on the finish. Was closed for a long time, this is now starting to develop slowly and has not yet reached its full drinking maturity. Secure further ageing potential.
