Tasting Notes
Herbal nose, hops, apple peel and smoke, pickled ginger. Punchy on the palate, dense and energetic, sensitive, layered phenolics, compact in the structure and distinctly salty. Mineral and expressive of terroir.
More about the tastingSpicy woody notes and spicy varietal aromas, valerian, clover blossom, a tad of saffron. On the palate immensely substantial, mineral extract, slightly phenolic, lively acidity, exciting, but also with the generous typicity of the vineyard. Still very young.
