Herbal nose, hops, apple peel and smoke, pickled ginger. Punchy on the palate, dense and energetic, sensitive, layered phenolics, compact in the structure and distinctly salty. Mineral and expressive of terroir.

On the palate immensely substantial, mineral extract, slightly phenolic, lively acidity, exciting, but also with the generous typicity of the vineyard. Still very young.
