Tasting Notes
Initially somewhat yeasty on the nose, then aromas of lime blossom, Darjeeling, shortbread, tuff and damp stone emerge. The palate is enormously closed, phenolic, tactile-mineral and salty. Almost chewy. Yet also supple and with many nuances. More and more rock dust on the finish. Long and will huge ageing potential.
